Releasing Cargoes from our Ports
Our Ports keeps a record of all imported containers brought in by overseas vessels. These containers are stored in our container yard. In order to release your cargoes/container from our ports please check with local Agents if your cargoes has arrived or not

  • Ask the Agents to make your Import clearance documents often called the Entry Form(they may ask you for your invoice for the goods you ordered) or you can send an email to to help you clear and release your cargoes on your behalf
  • Visit Customs office to Pay for your customs clearance with your Clearance Documents from the local Ship Agents or broker,
  • Visit the Biosecurity and Health office (at KPA) for Stamps and Inspection if needed,
  • Check our Releasing officer at KPA to check your cargoes on your clearance documents
  • Please ensure that he/she put a stamp for the OK to release on your copies of your documents.
  • If your cargoes have stayed with us for more than 21days after the arrival of the vessel, our tally clerk will also inform you and you must pay the storage charge before releasing. The number of days to impose the storage charge also depends on the items you order. Check our tariff for more information.
  • Pay your port charge at our Cashier. We only charge $20 per cubic meter so if you have a total volume of 10cubic meters, then you need to multiply 10 x $20 to give you $200.
  • Visit our Tally Clerks and Yard Planners at our Warehouse to sort out your cargo before releasing.
  • You need to sign our Release Note document when releasing your cargoes.
  • We also offer deliveries of TEU/FEU containers on our side lifters and for your information we offer the cheapest rate in town.
  • If you need to hire our side lifters for delivery/collection please consult our Quality Assurance Vehicle Officer.
